These Terms of Service govern your use of the KINTR website and your purchase of KINTR products. By visiting the site, creating an order, or using any KINTR digital feature, you agree to these terms.
1. Store terms
You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your location to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
2. Products and availability
We work to display product colors, details, and sizing accurately, but screens and garment-dye processes can create slight variations. Products may be limited, made to order, or discontinued without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse an order where permitted by law.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment. Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may change before an order is submitted. Payments may be processed by Shopify or another payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. If an order cannot ship within the stated time, we may request consent to a delay or cancel and refund the affected item as required by law. Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use KINTR content or trademarks without permission.
6. Intellectual property
KINTR names, logos, monograms, City Marks, graphics, garment designs, photography, copy, and digital experiences are owned by or licensed to KINTR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal browsing and shopping when ordering is available.
7. Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services. KINTR is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital features are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KINTR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, products, or digital experiences. KINTR’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
