This policy explains how KINTR collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, purchase a product, contact us, or use an available digital experience.
Information we collect
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email, phone number, and addresses.
- Waitlist preferences, including the products, colors, and sizes you ask KINTR to notify you about.
- Order information, including products, sizes, payment status, shipping, returns, and customer-service history.
- Payment information processed securely by Shopify or our payment providers. KINTR generally does not receive your complete card number.
- Device and usage information, such as browser, pages viewed, product and collection views, referring links, and a randomly generated first-party session identifier stored in your browser.
How we use information
We use information to manage product waitlists, understand demand, plan production, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, operate and improve the site, communicate about purchases, comply with law, and—with your choices—send marketing or measure campaigns.
How we share information
We share information only as needed with service providers that support checkout, payments, fulfillment, delivery, hosting, analytics, security, communications, and customer support. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.
Shopify and checkout
When Shopify powers checkout or commerce services, Shopify processes personal information according to its own privacy terms as well as instructions connected to our store. Payment providers and delivery carriers may separately process information needed to complete your transaction.
Cookies and marketing choices
KINTR currently uses first-party storage to remember an anonymous session identifier and understand page, product, collection, and waitlist activity. This launch site does not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear site storage through your browser; doing so may clear locally saved bag selections and reset analytics continuity.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit a request where allowed by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
